Payment
Dr. Gandy does not accept any form of insurance and is strictly a “fee-for-service” provider.
Adult, Child, and Adolescent psychiatric care:
Initial consultations are $325 and all follow-ups are $150/visit. (Please note that our point-of-sale software does apply a percentage transaction fee)
Forensic Psychiatric services:
Please contact Dr. Gandy for further information regarding forensic services and rates
Superbill/Receipt
A super bill (medical receipt) can be given upon request after payment for each visit. If applicable, these receipts may be submitted to your insurance company for reimbursement.
NOTE: Reimbursements vary depending on the plan and/or insurance company you use. Clients are encouraged to contact their insurance carrier to inquire about reimbursement rates for Dr. Gandy’s services as an “out-of-network” provider.
Palmetto Psychiatric Services does not provide assistance in contacting insurance carriers on clients’ behalf.
